Life & Style Magazine

This 36 page publication was a collaboration between four shopping centres and included both shared content, celebrity interviews and unique images.  A total of 125,000 copies were delivered by bulk mail twice a year, to four primary markets.  A card stock inserted into the centre supported that seasons call to action and was generally used as an entry form or coupon.  Magazines showcased everything from fashion trends, to gift guides, jewellery, tech and toys.  Canadian celebrity content was added to give the publications a longer life cycle and allowed us to pair merchandise with the interview.  Prime positioned advertising spots were sold to retailers which helped offset project costs. A digital copy of the magazine was featured on individual websites and images were further used as content for social media, blogs, signage, graphics, and in both tenant and customer communications.
